Training Retreats
We come to your church and host a 1-3 day training workshop or retreat that offers strategic opportunities for learning, connection, encouragement, and life-giving experiences for you, your leaders, and spouses of ministry leaders. These events are customizable depending on the church’s needs/wants.
Marriage Events
We come to your church to lead a weekend conference or retreat that offers a unique opportunity for married couples to engage one another, share hearts, and be renewed in their marriage, leading to spiritual, relational, and physical oneness. These conferences and retreats are customizable depending on the church’s needs/wants.
Our Approach

We equip with the principle found in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, where we first receive comfort from God, then we comfort others. These unique events not only provide training and teaching but will leave you refreshed and renewed because ministry equipping begins with abiding.

We approach discipleship and care primarily within community. We help churches make disciples and disciple-makers to engage God and experience his love through his Word as he restores their souls as well as connect with one another.

The training that we offer consists of teaching others to know and experience the love of God through abiding. It’s interactive so individuals leave equipped and encouraged. We focus on abiding in Christ as the focus, means, and goal of ministry.
Marriage Events
Marriage issues are demanding and relentless. We come alongside you at your church to strengthen marriages so couples will learn how to fight for one another instead of fighting against each other. We will teach and equip husbands and wives to enjoy spiritual, relational, and physical oneness. We will work with you to design an event that addresses particular marriage needs in your church.
Church Leadership Retreat
An intentional equipping time at your church for you and your leadership team to develop their shepherding knowledge and skills. We cover such topics as shepherding plans, assessing and stabilizing care situations, referrals, church discipline, and more. We will work with you to design a retreat that addresses particular staff needs in your church so that you each leave equipped, encouraged, and renewed.
Elders & Wives Retreat
This retreat allows your elders and their wives to develop a deep, life-giving gospel community where you care with one another. Everyone will leave encouraged and refreshed, with a vision to care for each other as they minister to the body of Christ. We will listen to the needs and desires of your elders and wives and will customize the retreat weekend to maximize your group’s experience.
Restore Retreat
This retreat, hosted at your church, offers an overview and an experience of a robust and reproducible discipleship framework that will increase your confidence in Christ as you live in a broken world. You will get a glimpse and taste of how to know and experience the love of Christ, which frees you to reimagine life with Christ, which leads to reimagining ministry focused on abiding in Christ in community.
Our Events
Restore Leadership Training
This annual onsite training is for churches that have implemented Restore groups after completing the TEAM Cohort. The purpose is to focus on ministry effectiveness and increase training capabilities and strategies.
Counseling Center Training
This training can serve as a time of rest, renewal, and reimagining ministry for your counseling team. Also, if you have a vision to equip the churches you serve, we can help you develop a strategic approach to provide a comprehensive and reproducible way for gospel care that can be used to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
