Cohorts
We offer cohorts for ministry leaders and spouses, providing the opportunity to participate in collaborative groups that learn and grow together. The TEAM Cohort is GCM’s signature service, which includes on-site retreats as well as online ministry coaching.

Conferences + Retreats
We come to your church to host a conference or retreat, typically a brief yet impactful 1-3 day event, offering opportunities for learning, connection, encouragement, and life-giving experiences for your teams, staff, or church members.

Care Sessions + Intensives
We offer one-on-one care to help pastors and pastor wives, as a couple or individually, to seek hope and healing in Christ through counsel and encouragement. We also offer sabbatical coaching.

Both! We offer care and coaching online and on-site, meaning that we are able to discuss what options are available to you depending on availability and more.

We come to your church and host a conference or retreat that are typically 1-3 day brief yet impactful events on the topics of marriage, ministry, community, discipleship, and care/counsel.

Yes! We actually offer retreats because we believe and have found that more often than not, church leaders are in need of what they long to offer to their congregations. Our retreats are two-fold: equipping and encouraging so that you leave refreshed and renewed in the process.

Yes! We offer ministry coaching in the form of cohorts, staff retreats, elders & wives retreat, and more. We also offer sabbatical coaching for pastors and their wives.

The first step is setting up a discovery call. It’s completely free! This gives you an opportunity to share your struggles and us the opportunity to assess which services would be a good fit to serve you and your spouse or staff well.

A cohort is GCM’s signature service, which includes on-site retreats as well as additional online ministry coaching for a period of time via Zoom. We offer the ABIDE and TEAM cohorts for ministry leaders and spouses to connect and collaborate as they learn and grow together.

The ABIDE Cohort begins with a 2.5 day retreat hosted in Louisville, Kentucky as well as 5 months of online ministry coaching and support as you connect with other like-minded leaders.
The TEAM Cohort consists of training for and with your staff. We include on-site opening and closing retreats at your church with around 8 weeks of online training sessions in between. -
Cohorts give you a life-giving experience with a robust and reproducible discipleship framework that will help you reimagine your life with God, impacting your vision of and approach to ministry. These cohorts not only provide training and teaching but will leave you refreshed because ministry equipping begins with abiding.
